The Petty Cury branch should answer their phones! I gave up trying to arrange appointment there (3 weeks advance notice required) whereas Lion Yard staff are friendly and couteous and professional and arranged the appointment with 5 days notice. Crazy discrepancy! Hence the lower score for ease of arranging apptmt
